Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a System Analyst to maintain systems, investigate support issues, and help design new features with users and analysts. You will troubleshoot, document resolutions, and coordinate with IT for escalations, while performing testing and deployment in production environments.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a System Analyst role, with strong data analysis skills, experience in SQL and reporting tools, and familiarity with Confluence and Jira.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years as a System Analyst or similar role with business/tech stakeholders.
• Experience creating process flows, diagrams, process maps, etc.
• Experience documenting system changes/versions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SQL or relational databases and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with project documentation tools such as Confluence and Jira.
• Strong IT fundamentals and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical assistance requests from tickets and gather needed details.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and collect data to identify root causes.
• Provide technical solutions within acceptable timeframes or escalate to IT partners.
• Communicate findings to business partners and document resolutions.
• Perform unit testing, system configuration, and deploy necessary changes in production.
• Extract data from sources for validation and monitoring of technical processes.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and system functionalities.
