Home Credit Philippines is seeking a System Analyst to maintain our systems, investigate support issues, and help develop new features with system users and other analysts.

You will respond to technical requests, troubleshoot, and document resolutions, while performing unit tests, configurations, and deployments as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years experience encouraged, plus strong data analysis and SQL skills.

Formación

• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years in a System Analyst role.
• Experience creating process flows, diagrams, and maps.
• Experience documenting system changes/versions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of pilot implementation methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and logical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to requests for technical assistance via collection tickets and verify details.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and collect data to identify root causes.
• Provide technical solutions or escalate to IT as needed.
• Communicate findings and document resolutions for stakeholders.
• Perform unit testing, system configuration, and deploy changes in production.
