PayJoy is seeking an experienced Collections Supervisor in Manila to streamline the collections process and lead a dedicated team, safeguarding liquidity and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role focuses on recovering outstanding debts while protecting customers and supporting growth.

You will design early-stage delinquency strategies, coordinate with external agencies, analyze recovery metrics, and drive continuous process improvements across QA, Legal, Finance and Product through

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in collections management, leadership and customer service.
• Proficiency in collection management software and Google/MS Office; SQL is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage early-stage delinquency accounts and design recovery strategies for 1–15 days past due.
• Coordinate manual collection processes including portfolio file handling with agencies and campaign monitoring.
• Coach and follow up based on QA evaluations; support Training teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Training, Product, CX, Engineering, Data, Legal, Finance.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose script/process improvements, document changes and ensure adoption.
• Ensure compliance with collection regulations in daily operations.
• Coordinate with external collection agencies and monitor performance.
• Track recovery rates, campaign profitability, and operational indicators.
• Conduct recovery experiments and analyze results to improve rates.
