Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Collections Specialist to own a portfolio of Australian and New Zealand customer accounts from its Philippines operations, focusing on resolving delinquencies and maintaining strong business relationships.

You will contact customers by phone and email, negotiate payment arrangements, investigate billing discrepancies, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to remove barriers and meet collection targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Collections, AR, or related role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing customer accounts and resolving payment issues.
• Excellent English, verbal and written.
• Experience using ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Australian and New Zealand customer accounts.
• Engage customers by phone and email to follow up on invoices and payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account issues.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice disputes.
• Work with internal teams to remove payment barriers and facilitate resolution.
• Monitor aged receivables and identify accounts for escalation.
• Maintain accurate account records and customer communications.
• Prepare collections updates and portfolio reports.
• Support achievement of collection targets while maintaining relationships.
