Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Collections Officer to manage a high-volume portfolio of 400–500 customers, conducting 40–50 daily calls to secure payments. You will focus predominantly on proactive collections while also supporting broader Accounts Receivable tasks in a dynamic AU-facing role.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in collections/AR, strong English, and experience with Australian clients. On-site four days in Makati/Davao and one day remote align with Australian schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Collections, AR, or credit control with hands-on portfolio management.
• Experience supporting Australian clients is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication for client interactions by phone.
• Comfort with high-volume collection calls and managing a large portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive collections: manage a high-volume portfolio of 400–500 customers, handling ~40–50 calls daily.
• Prioritise active collections: 80–90% focus on proactive collections with some AR tasks.
• Engage Australian clients and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Follow through on commitments with timely follow-ups and escalation when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the ERP system.
• Support AR activities such as cash receipts and reconciliations.
