Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a proactive Collections Officer to manage a high-volume portfolio and build strong client relationships. You will focus on proactive collections while supporting broader Accounts Receivable duties, with on-site work in our Makati or Davao offices aligned to an Australian schedule.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Collections or AR, strong English communication, and experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
• Experience supporting Australian clients is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive collections for a high-volume portfolio (400–500 customers) with 40–50 calls daily.
• Prioritise active collections (≈80–90%) and support AR tasks as needed.
• Engage Australian clients professionally and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Follow up on promised payments and escalate overdue accounts when required.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments in the ERP system.
• Assist with reconciliations and other AR activities as opportunities arise.
