Job summary

Sharesource Australia BPO is seeking a Collections Officer to manage a high-volume portfolio and drive timely payments for Australian clients. The role focuses on proactive collections, payment resolutions, and collaboration with AR tasks in a dynamic office in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in collections or AR, strong English communication, and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365. Onsite work in Makati or Davao with Australian schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or credit control.
• Experience supporting AU clients is highly preferred.
• Strong, clear English communication over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio (400–500 customers) and 40–50 calls daily to follow up on overdue payments.
• Prioritize active collections (80–90%) and support AR tasks as needed.
• Engage Australian clients professionally and resolve payment concerns.
• Follow through on commitments with timely follow-ups and escalate where required.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the ERP system.
• Support AR activities including cash receipts and reconciliations.
