Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; experience in collections, customer service, banking or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor assigned delinquent accounts to support achievement of collection targets.
• Contact clients through phone calls, emails, and other approved channels to discuss outstanding obligations.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and recommend appropriate collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare and submit collection, productivity, and performance reports on a timely basis.
• Coordinate with internal units and accredited collection agencies regarding endorsed accounts.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and account-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all collection activities.
• Support administrative, documentation, and MIS requirements of the collections team.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain a strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
