Job summary

Maya in Metro Manila is seeking a results‑driven Collections Associate to support pre‑delinquent and past due accounts. You will aim to meet targets while complying with policies, and coordinate with clients to discuss payment options.

The role requires a BS degree in Finance or related field and proven collections experience for lending or credit cards. Strong communication and meticulous record‑keeping are essential to succeed in this team.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance or related field is required.
• Proven working experience as collection associate for lending or credit cards.

Responsibilities

• Handle collection call outs.
• Maintain/update records of loan payments and client information.
• Monitor progress of existing loans/dues; coordinate with clients on payments and payment options.
• Prepare statements and recon on clients' loans.
• Submit productivity/collection related reports (end of day).
• Able to strategize to achieve target set.
• Willing to work long hours and during weekends/holidays; shifting schedule.
• Address various customer issues.
• Evaluate and recommend approval/disapproval of waiver of charges.
