Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor assigned delinquent accounts to support achievement of collection targets.
• Contact clients through phone calls, emails, and other approved channels to discuss outstanding obligations.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and recommend appropriate collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare and submit collection, productivity, and performance reports on a timely basis.
• Coordinate with internal units and accredited collection agencies regarding endorsed accounts.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and account-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all collection activities.
• Support administrative, documentation, and MIS requirements of the collections team.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

About You & the Role

Join Chinabank as a Collections Associate and play a vital role in supporting the Bank's credit and collections operations. In this role, you will help ensure the effective management of assigned accounts by handling collection activities, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
