Outsourcey in the Philippines seeks a collections/customer service professional with up to 2 years of experience. The role emphasizes outbound calling, negotiation, and empathetic communication to manage overdue accounts and payment arrangements.

You will document activities in the CRM, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure compliance with policies while providing clear status reports on accounts.
