Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Field Coordinator to support the Late Collections team in day-to-day operations in Metro Manila. The role focuses on documentation, monitoring, and timely collection performance.

You will assist Supervisors with visit monitoring, coordinate with related departments, and help implement collections processes and initiatives. Training will be provided to enhance skills and onboard new staff.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel.
• Good communication skills both in written and oral.
• Team player with good analytical thinking.
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, reliable and independent worker.

Responsibilities

• Supports Late Collections team on the needed documents and monitoring to achieve high performance collections.
• Assist Late Collections Supervisors in supervising their team thru visit monitoring via geolocation checking and visit file record.
• Coordinate with necessary departments/teams for collection related issues.
• Supports management in the implementation of Collections process and initiatives/projects.
• Participating in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge and sometimes training new employees.
