Job summary

Moder Solutions Inc. is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts, contact customers about outstanding balances, and negotiate payment arrangements in a dynamic BPO setting.

You will resolve billing concerns, maintain records, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in BPO focusing on billing or collections, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• College level or college graduate with relevant BPO exposure.
• At least 2 years of BPO experience handling billing, financial accounts, collections, payment processing, or related claims.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Alabang.
• Willing to work a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive relationships.
• Address billing concerns and account inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
