Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. is seeking a Spanish bilingual Customer Service Specialist in the Philippines to handle inbound and outbound calls and support billing and accounts receivable tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or 2nd year college, fluent English and B2 level Spanish, and at least 1 year in customer service within BPO or healthcare. Willingness to work a graveyard shift and start ASAP is essential.

Qualifications

• At least SHS graduate or 2nd year college.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish (B2).
• Preferably 1 year in customer service in BPO/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and outgoing customer calls and resolve accounts.
• Provide information, address questions, and handle customer complaints.
• Input data into Accounts Receivable Billing System and maintain notes.
• Edit and release accounts for billing.
• Adhere to company policies and security procedures.
• Follow information systems security policies and report issues.
