Job summary

Ugnay Solutions Philippines is seeking a Collection Specialist to manage customer payments, collections, and account records for a global business services client.

You will deliver prepared scripts to collect payments, explain product features, coordinate with internal teams on invoice issues, and help achieve collections targets with precise data. On-site work in Taguig is required, with preference for AR/Collections experience.

Qualifications

• Open to Senior High School graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates.
• Related experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections is an advantage.
• Work experience in BPO is an advantage.
• Willing and able to work onsite in BGC or McKinley West, Taguig City.
