Moder Solutions Inc. is seeking a Collections Specialist who will manage customer accounts, contact customers about overdue balances, and negotiate payment arrangements.

This role requires 2 years of BPO experience in billing or financial accounts, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication. You will work full-time onsite in Alabang and support compliant, customer-focused resolution.

Qualifications

• College level or college graduate with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience in billing/financial roles.
• Experience in billing or financial accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Alabang.
• Willing to work graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and balances.
