Job summary

Maya is seeking a Collection Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, monitor productivity, manage staffing, and drive process improvements that align with our lending collection goals. You will prepare reports and present insights to management, ensuring policy adherence and quality service for customers.

The ideal candidate has a BS in finance or business, 2 years of supervisory collections experience, and a proven drive to hit targets.

Qualifications

• BS degree in finance or business or related field.
• 2 years of experience as Collection Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience in lending collection is a plus.
• Strong drive to achieve goals/targets.

What you will do

• Oversee the team’s day‑to‑day collection operations.
• Monitor daily productivity of the team, ensure target is being met and issues being addressed.
• Work‑force management.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives that will have an impact to the assigned team.
• Familiar with staffing projection complementing work volume growth and forecast and make necessary proposal to Business Unit.
• Prepare, create reports based on team deliverables and present to management.
• Monitor Collection Agency progress/ performance report.
• Daily and weekly meeting with Collection Agency.
• Ensure quality of service is being provided to customers/clients.
• Ensure regulatory collection policy and processes are being adhered to.

What we are looking for

• BS degree holder in finance and business, and other related fields.
• 2 years work experience as Collection Team Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience in Lending Collection is a plus.
• Strong drive to achieve goals/targets.
