Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Collections Staff to join our Cebu team. The role focuses on monitoring accounts, following up on balances, and resolving billing concerns while maintaining professional relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, with 1 year of collections experience preferred. Fresh graduates with related internship experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with related OJT/internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant collections experience.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP and Pivot Tables is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling customer accounts and payment concerns.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels regarding unpaid or overdue accounts.
• Track customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up on pending payments and outstanding invoices.
• Discuss and negotiate payment arrangements and settlement options with customers.
• Keep accurate documentation of collection efforts, account updates, and customer communications.
• Prepare and issue payment reminders, invoices, and account statements as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams, particularly Sales, to address billing disputes and customer concerns.
• Assist in investigating and resolving billing discrepancies and account-related issues.
• Generate regular reports on outstanding accounts and collection performance.
• Ensure that collection activities are performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Deliver professional customer service while working toward assigned collection targets and business goals.
