Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Collections Staff to join our team in Metro Manila.

You will manage outstanding accounts, follow up on overdue payments, resolve billing concerns, and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. You will contact customers via phone, email, and other channels, monitor accounts, negotiate payment terms, and prepare statements and reports for management, contributing to targets and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 1 year of collections experience; fresh graduates with internship are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP and Pivot Tables preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels regarding overdue payments.
• Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
• Negotiate payment terms and settlement arrangements with customers.
• Maintain records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare and send payment reminders, invoices, and account statements.
• Coordinate with Sales Team to address billing concerns and disputes.
• Prepare reports on outstanding accounts and collection activities for management.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries professionally.
• Ensure collection activities comply with company policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain high level of customer service while achieving collection targets.
