The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or associate degree with 1–2 years in customer service and familiarity with financial accounts or payment systems. Strong English communication and detail-oriented work style are required.

Qualifications

• Education: a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with relevant experience.
• 1–2 years in customer service; experience with financial accounts, payment systems or collections is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to handle varied customer concerns with tact and professionalism.
• Strong analytical thinking, fast comprehension, high accuracy and detail orientation.
• Good time management, adaptability under pressure, and comfort with desk-based work.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails using established workflows.
• Conduct outbound calls and targeted emails to secure delinquent accounts and recover balances.
• Handle critical off-the-phone tasks, data entry, and account updates.
• Navigate service portals and systems to process transactions.
• Maintain precise, real-time data entry logs and trackers for customer interactions.
