Zusammenfassung

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc is seeking a Senior Partner Relations Lead in Metro Manila to expand external partner networks for collateral-based loans and drive onboarding, accreditation, activation and retention. You will coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Branch teams to ensure timely processing and robust partner performance.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/business development with supervisory experience, plus strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, or partner management.
• 2–3 years in supervisory or managerial roles over sales teams or partner networks.
• Experience with dealers, brokers, loan consultants or referral networks preferred.
• Knowledge of collateral loans or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and expand external partner networks for collateral-based loan accounts.
• Lead partner acquisition, onboarding, accreditation, activation and retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with loan consultants, dealers, brokers and referral partners.
• Monitor partner productivity, lead generation, conversions, approvals, releases and sales contributions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Branches, Credit, Loans Documentation and other teams for timely processing.
• Monitor partner pipelines, commissions, incentives and account concerns.
• Ensure activities comply with policies, lending guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze partner performance and market trends and recommend growth strategies.
• Prepare regular partner performance and sales reports.
• Lead and coach the Loans Consultant Relations Supervisor - Collateral and Trade Relation support.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, partner management, trade relations, dealer/broker management, or related functions


• At least 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience handling sales teams, partner networks, referral channels, or external business relationships


• Experience in financing, lending, banking, auto-related industries, collateral loans, or financial services is an advantage


• Experience handling dealers, brokers, loan consultants, or referral partner networks is highly preferred


• Strong knowledge of partner management, sales channel development, lead generation, account referrals, and collateral-based loan processes


• Strong relationship management, business development, negotiation, sales planning, and account management skills


• Able to monitor performance, analyze productivity, identify gaps, and develop appropriate action plans


• Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills


• Results-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities
