Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree, are customer-oriented, and possess strong communication and multitasking abilities. Fresh graduates are welcome; two weeks of training are required in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financing, lending, sales, customer service, or loan processing is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple client follow-ups and account requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Technology-inclined and willing to learn company systems and loan processing tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be willing to undergo two (2) weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig, subject to company arrangements and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding pending requirements and application status.
• Support the branch in achieving monthly Trans-In and lead conversion targets.
• Provide accurate information on loan products, requirements, guidelines, and processing timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Loans Processing, Credit Review, and other concerned departments regarding account concerns and movement.
• Maintain accurate and updated client, lead, account, and sales records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, data privacy requirements, and internal audit guidelines.
