Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking a hired field-based Sales Associate to promote Real Estate Loan products and generate ready-to-process leads. You will visit clients, present products, and guide them through loan applications and documentation.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with brokers, developers, and referral partners, while achieving targets for leads and approvals. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and fellow sales experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Real Estate Management, or related field.

• Sales, financing, banking, real estate, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Promote Real Estate Loan products and generate qualified leads through field marketing, referrals, digital platforms, events, and partner coordination.
• Identify prospective clients, brokers, developers, property owners, agents, and referral partners.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, promotional activities, and other sales initiatives.
• Assist clients with loan applications and documentary requirements.
• Explain product features, eligibility requirements, procedures, terms, conditions, and requirements clearly and professionally.
• Monitor applications from submission through approval, release, rejection, withdrawal, or final disposition.
• Maintain updated sales pipelines, client records, account status, follow-ups, and reports.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other concerned departments regarding account processing and pending requirements.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, brokers, developers, and referral partners.
• Support achievement of assigned targets for leads, applications, approvals, releases, and other sales productivity indicators.
