Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in a client-facing role, customer service, or account coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain client records in CRM and prepare reports/presentations for clients.
• Facilitate onboarding of new clients and assist with contract renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technical Support to fulfill requests and escalate when needed.
