Citiside Properties is seeking a high-energy Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for our valued clients. You will build long-term relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and act as a strategic advisor by aligning client challenges with our solutions.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, manage renewals, and drive account growth through upselling and retention, while reporting on KPI milestones and ROI to leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales (B2B experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present complex ideas to C-level executives.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Account Retention: Monitor client health and engagement to ensure high retention and prevent churn.
• Strategic Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
• Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through onboarding and liaise with internal teams.
• Performance Tracking: Prepare reports on account status, milestones, and ROI for clients and leadership.
• Contract Negotiation: Manage renewals and lead negotiations for favorable terms.
