Qualifications

• 1–3 years in client support, customer success, or data-driven roles.
• Strong numerical literacy with comfort in statistics and basic financial data.
• Proficient in CRM tools and advanced spreadsheet reporting skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication.
• Sharp problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Organizational skills to balance client interaction with data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients via email, phone and chat with timely, accurate responses.
• Log, update, and maintain client records and support history in the CRM for data integrity.
• Analyze and generate regular reports on customer support KPIs to identify trends.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries and basic usage metric calculations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries or technical issues efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to operations or product teams and follow up for swift resolutions.
