Job summary

Emapta Global is recruiting for a Client Services Associate to manage syndicated lending, loan administration, and cash operations from the Philippines. The role focuses on supporting complex transactions for global financial markets and includes Day 1 HMO coverage, a salary package, and a range of employee perks.

You will handle invoice generation, payment processing, and cash balance monitoring, while coordinating with international teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of experience in loan administration or loan agency.
• Experience with cash payments and/or cash reconciliation.
• Experience with loan portfolio position reporting.
• Experience with fund financing.
• Experience with an international bank, preferred.
• Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Experience with payment processing is an advantage.
• Experience in loan operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Invoice clients for upcoming scheduled activities in SOLVAS.
• Process rollover events, rate fixings, and commitment fees in SOLVAS.
• Prepare lender notices for review.
• Update completed task checklists and complete diary events on time in accordance with established processes.
• Generate payment files from the system and upload them to the banking platform.
• Maintain daily cash balances for monitoring and approval.

The Qualifications We Seek

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years of experience in loan administration or loan agency, covering large syndicated loans and/or corporate bilateral loan facilities
• Experience with cash payments and/or cash reconciliation
• Experience with loan portfolio position reporting
• Experience with fund financing
• Experience with an international bank, preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in payment processing, an advantage
• Previous experience in loan operations, an advantage
