The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO customer service experience handling inbound and/or outbound voice calls
- Proven experience handling a high volume of professional customer or client calls in a BPO or contact center environment
- Experience supporting financial services, banking, insurance, billing, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), collections, accounting, or other finance-related accounts
- Experience providing administrative and back-office support, including document processing, data entry, records maintenance, and coordination
- Stable employment history with a consistent work record and demonstrated professional maturity and reliability
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in encoding, validating, maintaining, and managing information
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Willing to work onsite in Makati for 4 to 6 months of training before transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement
- Must reside within approximately 30 minutes of Jaka Tower, Makati, or be willing to relocate nearby before employment
Your Daily Task
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients, providers, and stakeholders to gather, verify, and follow up on information while delivering exceptional customer service (no sales or cold calling)
- Provide executive administrative support to the Director by coordinating calendars, appointments, action items, reports, and daily business operations
- Conduct online research and liaise with external providers to support financial planning and client service activities
- Create and maintain accurate client records using XPLAN and other financial planning systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and organize client documents, financial planning forms, Excel templates, and administrative records
- Perform accurate data entry, document processing, records management, and information validation to maintain high-quality client files
- Coordinate administrative and operational support to ensure efficient financial planning and client service workflows
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and operational initiatives that support business efficiency and service excellence
