Job summary

Ezysc in Ortigas Center, Philippines, is seeking an Inbound Client Service Officer to deliver exceptional service for financial products. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and document interactions in the CRM.

The role requires strong English skills, a customer-focused mindset, and familiarity with privacy and KYC frameworks. This is a full-time onsite position with weekly allowances and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

As an Inbound Client Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptionalcustomer experiences. You will be responsible for addressing enquiries, resolving issues,and providing information to our clients, ensuring they receive accurate and timelyassistance. This position requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, excellentcommunication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regardingfinancial products and services.
• Provide comprehensive information, guidance, and solutions to meet customerneeds.

Issue Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, discrepancies, or issues related tofinancial transactions.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution while adhering to company policies andregulatory guidelines.

Compliance:

• Adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Ensure that customer interactions are conducted in compliance with legal andethical standards.

Documentation:

• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in thecompany's CRM system.
• Identify and upscale recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives.
