Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Client Administration professional to support Lux Fund/Mutual Fund Client Services and Data Administration. You will review UCITS cash flows, reconcile funds, and handle regulatory reporting while coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on accuracy, collaboration, and integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily review of UCITS cash flows and ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile funds and daily AUM; align admin records.
• Prepare weekly prices reconciliation across data sets (admin, firm, Bloomberg).
• Complete monthly/quarterly regulatory documents and fund materials.
• Communicate with internal reconciliation team on discrepancies.
• Maintain weekly report of new accounts for private funds; onshore review.
• Keep the deliverables tracker updated; support team as needed.
• Assist Lux Fund Services and Client Services & Info Management as back-up when required.
