Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to support day-to-day fund operations, complex data processing, and portfolio reporting across registered and private alternative investment products. You will handle end-to-end reconciliation, valuation inputs, and regulatory reporting with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires strong Excel modeling, familiarity with OMS/IBOR and fund accounting cycles, plus superb communication with internal stakeholders and fund administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years in alternative investments operations, fund accounting or valuation reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data processing and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day fund operations, data processing, and portfolio reporting.
• Manage end-to-end reconciliation across OMS/IBOR and third-party providers.
• Support valuation inputs, fund accounting cycles, and regulatory reporting.
• Perform data entry for compliance inputs and monitor data accuracy.
• Collaborate with fund administrators and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
