Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Credit Reporting Analyst to support quarterly investment reporting across credit funds, ensuring accuracy in SOI, cash-flow ledgers, and LP-specific templates. You will collaborate with Accounting, Valuation, Operations and IR to source and reconcile data and maintain consistent disclosures.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, adherence to formats, and proactive communication with a New York-based team across time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Advanced Excel skills with large, multi-tab workbooks.
Strong English communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

Assist in quarterly SOI prep and roll forward for each fund with capital, MOIC/IRR by position and strategy.
Apply consistent taggings across the SOI and reporting templates; support roll forward of MOIC and commitments sections.
Maintain investment cash flow ledger by strategy; reconcile with data from Accounting/Valuation teams.
Support quarterly Loss Ratio Analysis; roll forward invested capital and loss figures; calculate ratios.
Assist ILPA‑standard reporting templates for LPs with updated metrics (values, yields, ltv, ratings).
Maintain footnotes, legends, and disclosures across templates; ensure consistent identifiers and definitions.
Apply quality-control to ensure accuracy and flag discrepancies; collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
Partner with Accounting, Valuation, Operations and IR to source and reconcile data.
Support onboarding of new LP reporting templates and ad hoc requests.
