Job summary

Infinit-O seeks a meticulous Client Admin professional to support Lux Fund Services and Client Reporting. You will assist with daily cash flow reviews, data integrity, and timely client reporting in coordination with onshore and offshore teams.

The role requires 1–2 years’ experience, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. Collaboration with multiple departments and adherence to high ethical standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical thought process.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in collecting, defining, and understanding data.
• Knowledge of investments and understanding subscriptions/redemptions is a plus.
• High ethics and integrity; hardworking and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete assigned deliverables accurately within predetermined time frames.
• Coordinate with reviewers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate process-related issues to supervisors or internal/external counterparts.
• Adhere to proper hand-off procedures for offshore and onshore workflows.
• Respond to daily requests/inquiries and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Back up team members in their absence when needed.
• Daily review of UCITS cash flows and reconciliation of funds and client AUM.
• Maintain and update the deliverables tracker and assist in reporting for clients.
