Job summary

TalentTech Solutions - JSM (IT Talent Partner) in Ortigas is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment for multiple client accounts. You will own the hiring process from intake to offer, align with Talent Sourcers, and deliver a high-quality candidate pipeline.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, timely CV submissions, and smooth interview coordination in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with dayshift hours and 1x RTO per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, agency recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and prioritizing competing recruitment demands.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to work collaboratively with sourcing teams to deliver quality hiring outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active hiring requirements across assigned client accounts.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates throughout the hiring process.
• Review and submit qualified candidate profiles, ensuring timely and high-quality CV submissions.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates while providing structured feedback to Talent Sourcers within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience.
• Manage the offer process, including verbal offers, candidate follow-ups, and contract coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in daily team stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and recruitment planning sessions.
• Ensure compliance with ATS documentation, recruitment processes, and internal standards.
