Qualifications

• At least 3 years in recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Experience in the Australian market is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable reaching out to passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through active and passive recruitment approaches, including calls and InMail.
• Build and grow candidate leads and talent pipelines.
• Explore different sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Review CVs and assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage and maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Engage potential candidates and build relationships within the AU market.
