Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a logistics operations professional to manage the Return to Shipper/Shipper process, ensuring timely RTS dispatch and KPI adherence.

You will collaborate with claims, SOC Ops, Middle Mile, and Fleet teams to optimize processes, allocate manpower, and train RTS/Claims staff for continuous growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or related field
• 2–8 years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, or logistics
• Detail-oriented with strong data management
• Knowledgeable in RTS and Claims processes
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna

Responsibilities

• Manage overall Return to shipper/seller process
• Ensure RTS parcels are dispatched according to SOP and KPIs
• Collaborate with the claims team to manage past-due items and minimize RTS claims

Requirements

• Must be a Bachelors degree graduate of Industrial/Management Engineering or any related field
• With at least two 5-8 years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields
• Must be keen on details and data management
• Highly knowledgeable in RTS and Claims process
• Knowledgeable in using process improvement tools
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Applications
• With good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
