Job summary

YTO Express (Philippines) Technology Group Corporation is seeking a Claims Specialist to manage and resolve lost, damaged, or mishandled parcel claims. You will review documentation, investigate incidents, and coordinate with branches, riders, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

The role requires strong attention to detail, Excel/Word proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in claims processing, courier services, logistics, or administrative work is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and records.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with different departments and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process claims related to lost, damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered parcels.
• Investigate shipment incidents by reviewing tracking records, delivery details, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with branches, riders, warehouse personnel, and other departments to verify claims and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor the status of pending, approved, and settled claims.
• Prepare claims reports and provide regular updates to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure claims are processed within the prescribed turnaround time and in accordance with company policies.
• Identify recurring claims issues and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
