Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an RC Coordinator to support RC operations across manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation, inspection, and parcel sorting. You will work with RC leads and frontline teams to ensure smooth hub movements.

The role requires at least 3 years in logistics or warehouse roles, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Slides).
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external providers.
• Leadership experience preferred in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or related functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to perform shift work as per team schedules.
• Continuously learning mindset and capable of handling administrative hub tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring of RC performance by ensuring high productivity and achievement of RC KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate RC reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance RC productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support RC operations.

The RC Coordinator supports the RC Lead in the day-to-day execution of RC operations including RC manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation and inspection, sorting of parcels and bulkies to designated hubs and linehaul loading. The role assists in monitoring RC performance, preparing operational reports, supporting customer escalations, coordinating with RC Transport, agency partners, backroom staff and loaders, and performing other tasks necessary to ensure efficient and effective RC operations.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and external service provider.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
