Qualifications

• Responsible for supporting cinema operations and achieving income targets.
• Monitors daily operations, ticketing, scheduling, counters, and equipment.
• Ensures cash handling accuracy, sales reporting, and inventory control.
• Handles customer inquiries and complaints to maintain guest experience.
• Supports staff development, performance monitoring, and training initiatives.
• Experience with sales management and risk mitigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily cinema operations including ticketing, scheduling, food counters, and equipment management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitors cash handling, sales reports, and inventory levels to maintain accuracy, control variances, and prevent shortages.
• Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and cash control standards to provide a secure and well-maintained environment.
• Assists in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and service concerns to uphold excellent guest experience.
