Job summary

You will supervise daily cinema operations—ticketing, scheduling, food counters, and equipment—alongside cash handling, sales reporting, and staff development, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a similar or related role.
• Will ing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily cinema operations including ticketing, scheduling, food counters, and equipment management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitors cash handling, sales reports, and inventory levels to maintain accuracy, control variances, and prevent shortages.
• Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and cash control standards to provide a secure and well-maintained environment.

Job Description

Responsible in supporting the Branch Management Team in ensuring profitable operations of Cinema in accordance with management’s directives and income expectations through monitoring, reviewing and analyzing information relative to the utilization of Cinema facilities, compliance to standards in operations, workforce and personnel planning that will impact Cinema operations performance along with excellent customer experience.
