• Monitors cash handling, sales reports, and inventory levels to maintain accuracy, control variances, and prevent shortages.
• Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and cash control standards to provide a secure and well-maintained environment.
• Assists in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and service concerns to uphold excellent guest experience.
• Contributes to staff development, performance monitoring, and training initiatives to promote teamwork and operational efficiency.
