Job summary

Maybank Philippines is seeking a Branch Manager to shape the Group’s local strategy and branding for branches, and to drive branch-wide execution of the bank’s business direction to achieve profitability, deposit growth, and compliant operations.

You will lead revenue growth, manage sales and personnel, ensure a robust client base, and oversee training, promotions and workforce optimization to sustain performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business-related course.
• At least 5 years banking experience and 5 years in sales, branch and personnel management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate branch business strategies to achieve targets and increase profitability.
• Take charge of overall sales management and grow market share in target segments.
• Spearhead localization of marketing operations ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
• Streamline branch processes and oversee resource management, training, promotions and manpower planning.
