Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business-related field as a minimum requirement.
Strong understanding of fintech/payments/financial services preferred.
Hands-on experience in portfolio management and performance optimization.
Proven expertise in merchant acquisition, onboarding systems, and lifecycle management.
Expertise in retail operations management (multi-site/kiosk).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
