Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in performance marketing, digital media, or e-commerce; at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Hands-on expertise across E-Commerce and Retail Media platforms.
• Proven experience owning P&L and driving profitable growth.
• Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Experience with large enterprise clients and FMCG/Beauty/Retail brands preferred.
• Strong data, analytics, and performance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the E-Commerce strategy and roadmap across marketplaces, retail media, and quick commerce for key clients.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to drive long-term growth and business impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities across platforms, formats, and technologies.
• Lead growth agendas including account expansion and strategic pilots.
• Drive incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell.
• Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and retention.
• Mentor and develop the team to be future-ready.
