Job summary

Electronic Commerce Payments (EC PAY) Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales & Business Development professional to lead account acquisition, nurture strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in the FinTech space.

You will act as the main point of contact for partners, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and guidance on product adoption and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Sales and Business Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Background in FinTech is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead account acquisition initiatives by identifying high-potential prospects and nurturing relationships.
• Formulate strategies to develop, build and retain key accounts to meet revenue growth targets.
• Serve as the main contact and build long-term relationships with partners.
• Monitor partner performance, track KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and support partner goals.
• Guide partners on product adoption, best practices, and new opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews and sales performance assessments to improve performance.
