Job summary

PayJoy, Inc. is seeking a Merchant Operations Supervisor to mentor a team focused on improving processes and partner experiences. You will oversee onboarding, documentation, data entry, and onboarding efficiency while ensuring compliance and strong stakeholder insights.

The role emphasizes coordinating store operations, resolving partner queries, and driving continuous improvement across teams and systems to enhance merchant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration, or related field.
• Experience leading at least 3 subordinates in merchant or business support in fast-paced environments (2 years).
• Comfort with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, analytics; familiarity with Zoho, Zendesk, and other CRM systems; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle partners’ queries, support requests, and operational coordination; ensure timely resolution and maintain partner experience; own partner communications and NPS.
• Manage merchant/partner onboarding: documentation, data entry, and record-keeping; streamline onboarding for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee store-related tasks: creation, closure, and clerk management; ensure smooth operations.
