Swissôtel Clark invites a Chef De Cuisine to lead a kitchen team, uphold top standards of food preparation and service, and align with brand policies across the kitchens.

You will support the Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef to meet targets, maximize guest satisfaction, and safeguard assets, while ensuring courteous, safe, and efficient operations in line with hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Secondary / High School Education.
• Culinary school certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English reading, writing and oral skills.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the work of kitchen personnel to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.
• Provide operational support to the Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef to meet divisional targets and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Ensure courteous, safe and efficient duties in line with Swissôtel Clark policies to maintain service levels.
