Job summary

Swissôtel Clark, part of the Accor group in Clark Freeport Zone, seeks a Chef De Cuisine to lead the kitchen team, uphold high standards of food preparation and service, and ensure operational excellence. The role provides support to the Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef, helps meet divisional targets, and protects hotel assets while maintaining guests' satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold secondary education, culinary certifications are a plus, at least three years in a similar role,

Qualifications

• Secondary / High School Education.
• Additional certification(s) from a reputable Culinary school will be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of kitchen personnel to maintain high standards.
• Provide operational support to the Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef to meet divisional targets.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and protect all assets of Swissôtel Clark.
• Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner in accordance with Swissôtel Clark policies.
