Paid training starts from Day 1, and we offer growth opportunities. You will respond to customer inquiries through chat, provide accurate information, document interactions, and escalate complex concerns.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or above
• With or without BPO/customer service experience
• Strong written and English communication skills
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
