Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
